the HAES® files: 2014 In Review

by Health At Every Size® Blog

Happy 2015!

And now a word from our sponsor (ASDAH).

Just say NO! to New Year resolutions that involve damaging your self-esteem, messing with your metabolism and reinforcing the need to change yourself to satisfy unrealistic social standards of aesthetics. Learn to be gentle with yourself, love yourself and appreciate the body you have, as it is right now, and throughout 2015.

We wish you all the best in the new year.

For your reading pleasure, here’s a recap of 2014 at the Health at Every Size® blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The Louvre Museum has 8.5 million visitors per year. This blog was viewed about 74,000 times in 2014. If it were an exhibit at the Louvre Museum, it would take about 3 days for that many people to see it.

  1. Did you intend that someone has to create a login to read this entry?

  2. Why does it keep asking me to “log in” to see whatever is behind that graphic? So far as I know, I have never had to “log in” to read this blog before.

    • rg and zvi LikesTV, thanks for bringing that to our attention. I’m looking into it and no, you shouldn’t have to login to WordPress to view the Year in Review.
